We manage and promote a private collection of high-quality Cape Town apartments, villas and selected homes, with a strong focus on location, presentation, guest experience and owner returns.
Cape Town is a competitive and fast-moving rental market. Over many years we have developed a practical understanding of what guests want, what owners need, and what makes a property perform — allowing us to position properties properly, respond to demand, and help guests find accommodation that suits the way they want to experience the city.
Our own portfolio remains our main focus, but because our marketing reach and track record generate more guest interest than we can always accommodate, we also partner with a limited number of carefully chosen property owners. These properties are only added where they match the standards, locations and guest experience we want associated with the PrimePlaces name. We are not trying to list every property in Cape Town — we are building a trusted collection of places worth staying in.
