Booking & Reservations

How do I book a property?
Browse our listings, select your dates and number of guests, then follow the 3-step booking process. You'll receive a confirmation email once your reservation is complete.
Can I modify my booking after confirmation?
Yes, you can request changes to your booking by contacting our concierge team at concierge@primeplaces.com. Modifications are subject to availability and may affect pricing.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), bank transfers, and selected digital payment methods.
Is there a minimum stay requirement?
Minimum stay requirements vary by property. Most properties require a minimum of 2 nights, while some premium listings may require 3 or more nights, especially during peak season.

During Your Stay

What time is check-in and check-out?
Standard check-in is at 14:00 and check-out is at 10:00. Early check-in and late check-out may be arranged subject to availability — just ask our concierge team.
Is there a concierge service?
Yes! Every PrimePlaces guest has access to our 24/7 digital concierge service. We can help with restaurant reservations, transport, activities, and local recommendations.
What amenities are included?
All properties include premium linens, toiletries, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchen. Additional amenities vary by property and are listed on each property page.
What if something goes wrong during my stay?
Contact our concierge team immediately via the in-app chat or call +27 21 555 1234. We have a maintenance team on standby for urgent issues and aim to resolve all problems within 2 hours.

Account & Security

How do I create an account?
You can browse and book without an account. Your booking details are saved using your email address, and you can view your trips on the My Trips page.
Is my personal information secure?
Yes. We use industry-standard encryption and never share your personal details with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
