Our Cancellation Tiers
Each property listing specifies which cancellation policy applies. Check the property page for details before booking.
Flexible
- Cancel up to 24 hours before check-in for a full refund (minus service fees).
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before check-in: first night is non-refundable, remainder is refunded.
- If you cancel after check-in: the first night is non-refundable. All remaining nights are refunded.
Full refund up to 24 hours before check-in.
Moderate
- Cancel up to 5 days before check-in for a full refund (minus service fees).
- Cancellations made within 5 days of check-in: first night is non-refundable, 50% refund for remaining nights.
- No refund if you cancel after check-in.
Full refund up to 5 days before check-in.
Strict
- Cancel up to 7 days before check-in for a 50% refund (minus service fees).
- Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in: no refund.
- No refund if you cancel after check-in.
50% refund up to 7 days before check-in.
Service Fees
PrimePlaces charges a non-refundable service fee on all bookings. This fee covers platform costs, payment processing, and 24/7 guest support. The service fee is displayed during checkout before you confirm your booking.
Extenuating Circumstances
In certain extraordinary situations — such as natural disasters, government travel restrictions, or documented medical emergencies — we may offer more flexible cancellation terms. Contact our team with supporting documentation and we will review your case within 48 hours.
How Refunds Work
Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and returned to the original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been initiated.
